Ms. Sexton is an experienced HR professional with over 40 years of involvement with the DOE and Y-12 National Security Complex. She began her career at Y-12 in 1977 and was the first female union representative from the Local Machinist Lodge 480 in Oak Ridge, TN. Ms. Sexton’s long-time working relationships with many industry locals and DOE instructor certification in Conduct of Operations will greatly help Omega continue to achieve successful workplace agreements to meet company goals and compliance.
