Scott brings to his position a well-established background in infrastructure management, nuclear operations and production. His experience base includes multiple engineering assignments to include, manufacturing, project, criticality safety and safety basis. Scott has worked as a restart manager and in the capacity of commissioning and test engineering. The last assignment included responsibility for work management and integrated safety management systems, waste operations, facility management of legacy nuclear facilities in support of decommissioning, and utility operations. Scott has served in a multitude of leadership positions across many disciplines and most recently lead an organization of over 1000 professional and craft. Scott has a bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and holds a masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
Scott and his wife, Mary Lou, reside in Kingston, Tennessee and enjoy boating and lake activities with their three children, their spouses and five grandchildren.
