Mr. Balkey comes to Omega with over 25 years of experience of supporting defense programs within the NNSA Complex. As a subject matter expert in Los Alamos National Laboratory Plutonium operations, systems engineering, project management, and nuclear material management, he enjoys helping Omega build its legacy as a top tier resource for professional and technical staff and strategic integration across the Complex.
