Mr. Warnock serves as Omega’s Vice President of Business Operations. Most recently, he was the Vice President and General Manager at Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc. where he oversaw a broad portfolio of engineering, fabrication, and service contracts to deliver hydrogen generation systems, Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generators (RTG), fuel cells, and advanced battery systems. Before that, he spent five years managing Teledyne’s Oak Ridge office supporting the Y-12 National Security Complex and the Uranium Processing Facility project.
Mr. Warnock is a retired Naval Officer with over 25 years of leadership experience as a Surface Warfare Officer, Submarine Warfare Officer, and Defense Acquisition Professional. He is well-versed in both government and commercial business practices as well as all phases of major project development and execution.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee. He has also attended numerous military schools on program management and systems engineering and is a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
