Lunch & Learn
The Omega Headquarters Team has started a professional development initiative! Monthly, an employee picks an industry-relevant book to read, becomes a Subject Matter Expert on the topic, and then informs the rest of the team about their learning over lunch. This month, Janet Sexton (HR Generalist), discussed Hidden Figures in honor of Black History Month.
The book discussed The American Dream and the untold story of the black women who helped win the Space Race.
