Tim founded Omega Technical Services, a service-disabled veteran owned small business, in 1995 to provide technical consulting services in support of complex nuclear operations. He has led company growth to over $60M per year while establishing brand recognition around technical excellence, quality of service and employee satisfaction. He is an innovative, strategic and seasoned leader with decades of experience solving complex problems in nuclear facilities around the world.
Tim’s approach to corporate governance is grounded in decades of technical and management experience. He has held key management positions in Hazard Category 2 nuclear facilities throughout the DOE/NNSA nuclear weapons enterprise as a Facility Manager, Operations Manager, Work Management Center Manager, Readiness Manager, Technical Engineering Manager, Project Manager and Program Manager. Prior to founding Omega, Tim served in the U.S. Navy submarine force as a reactor operator and Electronics Technician. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Science from the University of Maryland.
Tim enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and golfing in his spare time.
