He serves as the Senior Technical Recruiter, specializing in sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier talent, particularly for roles requiring active security clearances. Toby brings a deep understanding of federal hiring regulations and the nuances of recruiting for highly sensitive government projects. He is known for managing high-volume recruitment efforts, excelling at building strategic hiring pipelines, optimizing workflows through applicant tracking systems (ATS), and driving recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Toby’s expertise spans IDIQ proposal recruitment, executive-level placements, and workforce planning, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding critical hiring targets. In his free time, Toby enjoys staying active outdoors, hiking, trail running, fishing, and hunting.
