Dave Swindle

David (Dave) W. Swindle, Jr. is a seasoned corporate executive with over 40 years of leadership experience, including global P&L responsibility exceeding $3 billion annually. His career spans defense, aerospace, space, homeland security, intelligence, logistics, engineering, and nuclear industries, with extensive international work in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia supporting U.S., U.K., NATO, and global agencies such as the United Nations and the United Nation’s International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Dave has held senior roles at AECOM and Amentum, including Chief Executive of Global Defense and EVP for International and Special Projects, and chaired Nuclear Management Partners, overseeing Sellafield, the world’s most complex nuclear site. He has served on numerous boards, including AVANTech LLC, Alpha Safety Group LLC, JS Global LLC, and RA Federal Services LLC, and currently advises White Wolf Capital, where he chairs the Critical Energy Infrastructure Services Board. His government service includes membership on the U.S. Army Science Board and advisory roles to the Department of Defense and Department of Energy, including chairing the DOE’s Environmental Management Advisory Board. Dave also supports the Shetland Space Centre and University Space Research Association and consults on strategic delivery for major U.S. and U.K. government projects.

Mr. Swindle holds a B.S. in Engineering Science from Tennessee Technological University, an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in Industrial Management from the University of Tennessee. A registered Professional Engineer in seven states, he maintains active U.S. security clearances and resides in Louisville, Tennessee, with his wife.
