Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Western Governors University and an SHRM-CP certification, Trish is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience navigating various facets of the HR discipline. She excels at cultivating positive relationships among coworkers and technical employees, a skill she values. Trish is enthusiastic about her future contributions to Omega.

Outside of her professional life, Trish enjoys a variety of hobbies that showcase her nurturing spirit and appreciation for the outdoors. She finds relaxation and fulfillment in gardening, caring for her pets (a dog, two cats, and an impressive flock of nine chickens!), listening to music, and escaping into nature through camping trips.
