Since 1995, Omega Technical Services has been connecting top technical and professional talent to critical jobs in the defense nuclear industry. As a result, I am proud to say that Omega has a long history of supporting safe and compliant nuclear operations in many of the world’s most unique, aged, and dangerous facilities within the Nuclear Security Enterprise.

From the beginning, my approach for the company has always been to provide subject matter expertise at all Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) sites to better enable our stakeholders in maintaining a responsive capability and capacity. Through the years, our commitment to Federal and commercial markets has been made known: a promise to develop and deliver valuable and effective solutions to stakeholders stands as our trademark.

To see Omega set this reputation is very significant, but as a former naval nuclear and Plutonium (Pu) production personnel, I expect no less. Having these strong, integral company and industry standards is what contributes to our national security.

But we are just one organization out of the many that contract to the DOE’s NNSA and Environmental Management (EM) sites. It takes integration and retention of critical knowledge between all parties to truly deter and respond to an ever-evolving global security environment.

Recognizing this, Omega is transforming into more than a staff augmentation company. I am honored that Omega now serves our nation through consultancy on how best to retain national security for future generations.

We successfully function in this capacity with our technical and professional resources consisting of over 150 employees spread throughout our offices in Oak Ridge, TN, Aiken, SC, and Los Alamos, NM. This growth is something I feel reassured by as I know it means that a more responsive capability will be accessible should it be needed, yet I hope this is something we never fully have to see used as a country and as a world.

With global security concerns posing an increased demand for resources to effectively counter all potential threats, Omega is poised for continued growth. Therefore, we will position our organization as an integration solution to all organizations responsible for maintaining both the strategic deterrent and the capabilities required to sustain the deterrent.

As we continue to grow and integrate, I am devoted to remaining true to our Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) history while compounding our national and worldwide impact to keep nuclear talent alive – The Omega Way.

Thank you for your interest in Omega Technical Services.
