Omega Technical Services Named a
Wounded Warrior Project® Corporate Champion

OAK RIDGE, Tenn., May 27, 2022 — Omega Technical Services has become a Corporate Champion of the Wounded Warrior Project ® (WWP) to further help military warriors thrive.

As a Corporate Champion, Omega Technical Services, a Service-Disabled VeteranOwned Small Business (SDVOSB), supports WWP in their effort to deliver lifechanging programs to over 100,000 wounded warriors, their families and caregivers. Through such support, warriors can connect with each other, overcome mental health challenges, lead active and healthy lives and find rewarding civilian careers. These programs and services are provided at no cost to the warriors and their loved ones.

Omega Technical Services President, Tim Trapuzzano, has been a longtime philanthropic donor to WWP. With Omega Technical Service’s dynamic and increasing support to the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and Environmental Management (EM) missions of protecting the American people by maintaining a safe, secure and effective nuclear weapons stockpile through nuclear nonproliferation advancement, global nuclear threat reduction and associated cleanup, a new level of involvement has been made reachable.

This one-year membership comes during military appreciation month in honor of Memorial Day, but the resulting support will compound for years to come.

“As a service-disabled veteran leading a company with many veterans, some of which are service-disabled as well, it is a must to use our platform to help those who help this country. I have been in their shoes wanting and needing supportive services, and I am grateful to be in a position today to enable ways to help warriors thrive,” says Trapuzzano.

With Omega Technical Services’ rapidly growing team and vast industry integration, the organization plans to continue and increase this membership in the future. To learn more about ways you can help warriors thrive, visit www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
