Bill most recently served as the president and chief executive officer for Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC, the management and operating contractor for the Pantex Plant in Amarillo, Texas, and the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The sites are staffed at more than 10,000 personnel and have a budget exceeding $2.5B. Bill has more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience in highly hazardous nuclear facility operations.
Bill holds B.S. in nuclear engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in engineering management from the University of Tennessee.
