Mr. Keeton, Omega Technical Services’ Corporate Accounting Manager, is from the Knoxville, Tennessee area. He graduated from South-Doyle High School and later attended Park University where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Management/Accounting. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Lincoln Memorial University.
Mr. Keeton is a 24-year retired veteran of the United States Air Force, active duty. He has served as a member of the Tennessee Air National Guard as a traditional guardsman, served as a Financial Management Journeyman, deployed five times in his military career, and forward deployed for duty numerus times. During his deployments as a Deputy Disbursing Agent, he accounted for and supported construction budgets as well as cash disbursement activities for forward operating locations totaling over $5,000,000 without a loss of funds. He later became a Space Operations Officer, managing budget estimates and financial planning functions according to operational requirements and resources.
Prior to joining Omega, Mr. Keeton enjoyed a 19-year career at the Y-12 National Security Complex. He has held various roles in: Accounting & Finance as a Senior Payroll Accountant processing payrolls for over 4,000 employees, Human Resources as a Labor and Employee Relations Representative, serving on the site labor negotiation contract teams as well as a Senior Compensation Representative. He also worked in Operations Management for the Quality Operations Organization as Account Manager for the Weapons Programs.
Mr. Keeton is actively involved with his children and enjoys being outdoors, music, and traveling. He is also active in his church.
