Tommy Selby joined Omega as a Senior Technical Recruiter with 20+ years of experience supporting DoE, DoD, and commercial hiring needs. Known for his strategic thinking and relationship-driven approach, he has led high-performing teams, revitalized underperforming recruitment divisions, and earned accolades for his recruiting production and mentoring skills. He attended Texas A&M University, and prior to his career in government recruiting, he held leadership roles in professional sports organizations, including the San Antonio Spurs and the Knoxville Ice Bears. When he’s not recruiting, you might find him at sporting events cheering on the Aggies or the Vols.
