William “Bill” Stephens, P.M.P., P.E.

With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University, Executive Leadership Education from University of South Carolina – Darla Moore School of Business and years in the U.S. Navy nuclear realm, Mr. Stephens has decades of working in Executive Management, Project Management, Plant Management, Process Engineering, Earned Value Management and Project Control. He has notable accomplishments in record production, ahead of schedule or under budget projects and world-class safety performances. Prior to his current role, Mr. Stephens has supported the Department of Energy Environmental Management (DOE-EM) and Savannah River National Laboratory as the Director of Project Management and Construction Services and served as the Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility (SRPPF) Director of Projects.
