MPA Agreement Approved- Holtec International Government Services Division

Mentor-Protégé Agreement approved between Holtec International’s Government Services Division and Omega Technical Services

In March 2025, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) formally approved a Mentor-Protégé Agreement (MPA) between Holtec and Omega. This program allows Omega to form a joint venture with Holtec to pursue strategic opportunities that benefit both companies. Holtec will benefit from Omega’s established reputation and performance within the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and provide access to work that Omega qualifies for as a small business. Omega will benefit through expertise on scaling the business, being included on existing Holtec projects, and gaining experience through Holtec’s proven track record in the commercial nuclear industry and US Government contracts with the United States Department of Defense (DOD) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
