Recruiting Update

Omega’s business is growing, and we’ve spent the last couple of years “scaling up” our business infrastructure and personnel strength to prepare for the next steps. We’ve hired top talent, invested in technology and business systems, and prioritized our strategic goals. This has been challenging since it’s necessary to improve in these areas while seamlessly continuing to provide outstanding service to our employees and customers. 

 In the near future, we intend to establish a presence at all other NNSA production sites, bolster our engagement with industry partners, and diversify into new industry areas with a nuclear nexus for long-term growth. We are consistently attending career fairs and events, talking to the future of our industry, and investing in opportunities to expand our technical employees.
